Training

All AMIGOS volunteers must go through the Austin chapter training throughout the school year. We meet every other Tuesday from 7pm to 9pm at the LBJ building. In the spring, volunteers attend a short retreat to gain important skills for the summer. All volunteers must fully complete the training program before leaving for their projects in country.

Training will be on every other Thursday (twice a month) from 7-9pm at the Camacho Activity Center.

Spring Retreat: This year, it will be held on the weekend of Friday, February 22nd to Sunday, February 24th at Camp Tejas. More info to come!
